What are you ashamed of?
Shame can be a painful emotion as it responds to a sense of failure. We blush, we let our head go down. We want to hide, disappear or even die.So what are you ashamed of? Do you think so poorly of yourself that you blame your “bad self”? Whatever it is you need to first identify what drives this feeling. You need to focus on the shame so you can have the opportunity the forces at work around you and within you. So OWN IT
